       The most important thing to remember about panic attacks, is that they are short-lived experiences.  Even though it might feel like the sky is falling and everything is going wrong, dig deep within yourself to fight against the despair of such episodes.  Even though panic attacks can be extremely uncomfortable, in reality, they do not pose any danger.  As long as you fight through the panic to continue on with your life when a panic attack strikes, even the most severe attacks will end up being negligible passing events.  Remain calm, and the panic will subside in a short while.
