If in someway you are leading others, effective confrontation will not only be vital to your success but also the success of the one you are confronting. Learning to effectively confront is a win-win for both sides. There's the feel good part of love that accepts them & loves them where they are but there is also the truth part of love that reveals to them what is hindering their life. Of course as you speak truth you are doing it in love showing them that you don't look down on them but rather see them as having more potential than what they are living in the present time. You don't need to try to disempower them so that you can gain control of them in order to "fix them". Your goal is to empower so that they can clean up their own mess & change the
