Arnold Schwarzenegger’s 6 Tips to Success- Conference Take Outs Written and narrated by Leigh Martinuzzi – originally published Mar 13, 2015 I grew up watching Arnie movies! To many of us, he is a bit of a legend. With great lines like “get to the chopper”, and “I’ll be back”, one of the most quoted movie lines ever, I believe that he has certainly worked hard to achieve success across his various careers. For sure, like anyone, he probably has traits not to be admired and had an equal share of challenges and turmoil, that's a given. However, from the success that he has had there is a thing or two we could most certainly learn. I wrote this post after I had the privilege of hearing him speak at a conference in Australia. He told us that he has always been asked of how to become successful so in this speech he dedicated to giving some answers. Here are Arnold's six principles for success and what I took away.

    01/10/2019 Duração: 09min

Choose Yourself! by James Altucher Written and Narrated by Leigh Martinuzzi - originally published Aug 15, 2014 James Altucher is a quirky dude. Operating under many tittles, Hedge Fund Manager, Entrepreneur, Venture Capitalist, Author and Podcaster, I appreciate him for his unique perspectives, ability to think outside the box and his way of vulnerable self-expression. With over 20 books under his belt, this is perhaps one of his more popular ones with a title that has a nice hook - who doesn't want to choose themselves, be happy, make millions and live the dream? The book starts with a deal from James and that’s an offer that if you can prove you’ve read the book, he will refund your money. He states that all the ideas in the book have already given him his success and made him his pennies and rather than giving it away he is simply asking you to invest in yourself with some certain level of confidence. Essentially asking you to ‘Choose Yourself’. A clever marketing ploy, nonetheless.

  • 829- Simple Steps To Becoming Self-Motivated by Ashley Field

    30/08/2019 Duração: 09min

Simple Steps To Becoming Self-Motivated Written by Ashley Field. Narrated by Leigh Martinuzzi My review of Ashley Fields guest post this week. Nobody wants to have to rely on others to motivate themselves - as humans, we are social creatures and often like communicating and giving each other ‘pep talks’ to cheer our friends up and keep everyone moving through life. However, this isn’t always possible, and sometimes you need the internal power to be able to motivate yourself. Maybe you don’t want to be a burden on others, or maybe you just need to take some time away from the people who usually surround you, but don’t want to suffer from a lack of energy and desire due to this. In these cases, and many others, self-motivation is a surprisingly easy answer, and it only takes a few simple steps to realize your potential in being able to motivate yourself.
