In this episode I sit down, in shop, with Michael Wahlstrom of Gitche Gumee. His brand was created based off his love and respect for the great lakes, particularly, Lake Superior. Michael not only founded Gitche Gumee, but designs all the clothing and bags himself. In this episode I sit down with the owners and operators of Glendale Ave. We detail what it has meant to go from employees to business owners in the food space. Bray and Brittney specialize in breakfast, brunch, and burgers. They are kicking out some of the most delicious burgers and sandwiches in Northern MI.
