In this episode I sit down with Dana Frost. She, along with her late husband created The Forced Joy Project. It is an initiative that encourages people to find joy even amidst the lowest, most difficult points in life. Since the passing of her husband Dana has taken on the responsibility of letting those experiencing grief know that there are others out there.
