In this episode I sit down, in shop, with Michael Wahlstrom of Gitche Gumee. His brand was created based off his love and respect for the great lakes, particularly, Lake Superior. Michael not only founded Gitche Gumee, but designs all the clothing and bags himself. He has been involved in the fashion industry for nearly his entire career, lived in New York for a number of years before branching out on his own and calling Traverse City, MI his home.
