She has plenty to say about this new curriculum and how to make the most of your study of God’s Word.

I worked in children’s ministries for three decades (the 1990’s, 2000’s, and 2010’s). One of my pet peeves was the trend of introducing the adult leaders as Mr Joseph or Miss Susie. When I was the Commander of AWANA I insisted that all kids address the adult leaders as Mr Smith or Mrs Jones. What do you think? Was this really necessary? This two-volume study is published in partnership with Walk Thru the Bible. What makes this course different from others? But more importantly, why is Bible study so important in the first place?

When our country locked down in March of 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many jokingly quipped that people will either get fat and lazy, get in the best shape of their lives, or get pregnant. When January 2021 rolled around, the world anxiously awaited the news. Was there about to be a baby boom? Our 3rd grandchild was born late January – a clear and undeniable COVID baby. This month, on May 19, we celebrated the graduation of our son Joseph. He is the sixth one of our seven kids to graduate from the Carman Family Home School.
