Here on today's show I'm titling this video and podcast: What's next? Now that most of us are over the initial shock of the #pandemic and we're coming to realise that life will never be the same after #COVID-19 it's a natural time to be asking what's next. Ask yourself: How would I reopen a closed business in 12-months time? How would I hire people and pay their wages? In my view if people are prepared to work hard, give their all and #goallin they should be rewarded not just with good wages and conditions but with a bigger opportunity for ownership. I want you to start thinking about how you would do things, how you can help get people back to work because the most important thing that we can all do is come together to get the economy back on its feet and people back into jobs. In times of uncertainty it is more important than ever to ensure that your business is dialied in properly from a digital perspective. Over the last 15-years I have rarely seen a business that has both their off line and online systems perfectly aligned and dialed in. One is usually better than the other, but none of that matters any more. The new normal that we are all facing is social distancing and until this #pandemic dies down and we have a solution to the #coronavirus foot traffic to physical stores will slow and perhaps even stop. That doesn't mean that consumers are no longer spending. People still want and need the products and services that you have, you just need to make sure that they can find you on line.
