One Hand Speaks

One of the many hard things about having arms that hurt so much is the difficulty getting dressed. It was hard to tie my shoes, buckle my belt, and put on a jacket.

I totally was shocked and surprised to see on March 10th of this year (just a few days ago), Nepal opened up to tours with a negative covid test with no restrictions. Additionally, you can also get you visa to enter the country at the airport after you land.

This is just another slice of my life podcast. This one kinda revolves around me being hurt, the war on Ukraine, the pandemic, quarantining, and how all that affects my mother.

 What now? World War 3? I have heard so many people say the phrase "World War 3" since Russia invaded the Ukraine.

My shoulder is frozen and it sucks.

Something happened to my left arm. I have been in sone extreme pain. It does not move well and hurts when I lift, rotate in both directions, and press it against my body.

This is an interesting situation for a one-handed guy. I am trying to have fun seeing how much I can do without using my right hand so much and only using my left arm.

This is specifically about how Moldavite found it's way into my life

I have completed and filed my taxes for 2022.

"Drive like you are in China." This is my daily driving mantra right now. With all the craziness in the world, driving with more of a mediative quality is making a huge difference.

This month I will be undergoing a small medical procedure on my right arm. Since I only have one hand, there will be very little I will be able to do on my own. I am not really ready for that!!

I am offering this very short and spontaneous podcast as the first day of 2022 comes to a close for me.

The Sedlec Ossuary, also known as the Church of Bones is one of the most unusual chapels you will ever see. I had the great fortune of spending a full day there when I was in Europe on a professional speaking and dharma teaching tour.

Just a quick update on my Christmas Day with family 2021.

When I was about 10 years riding the big yellow school bus to school with all my friends, we would see this middle-age woman bicycle commuting to work.

2021... What a year it has been. Certainly some of the most crazy times in the past 100 years some would say.

The olives are all pressed and jarred. We have 82 jars total split in 16, 8, and 4 ounce jars of three different flavors.
