    We have a beautiful new restaurant here in Todos Santos, El Mirador, that’s situated high on a hill overlooking the Pacific. And besides great food and views, I was really taken by the desert landscaping…so I found the designer responsible for creating the gardens there…Mario Rodriguez, and he took the time to walk around with me and explained the native various plants he used. Following that is Girl Talk this week…since we recorded at El Mirador while trying the chefs specialties.
