Todos Santos, a charming historic fishing village, is located right on the Tropic Of Cancer, and has attracted many artists, chefs, and musicians who have made it their home. On this week’s show Wendy’s guest is artist and teacher, Tori Sepulveda, whose works are collected by patrons all over the world.
