I recently sat down with Bettina France, lead vocalist of legendary NY metal band Meanstreak. After touring as the opening act for Dream Theater/Liquid Tension Experiment guitarist John Petrucci, the ladies of Meanstreak went back into the studio to record one of the best EPs I have heard all year - the "Blood Moon" EP. Bettina and I discuss the reunion of Meanstreak, the writing and recording of the new EP, and catch up on conversation like two old friends who have not seen each other in decades...even though we had only just met 5 minutes prior to the recording of this interview.
