While we can't be sure that we won't attract another narcissist there is plenty we do to heal so we don't .. these questions are good opportunities to go a little deeper in conversation & see how they respond as it will say a lot about who they are ... Narcissists generally can't answer these questions well . It's shallow and wishy wash responses and you get brushed off if they hace those selfish traits ., narcissists lack accountability and self reflection. Lovely humans ., if your ex is back telling you how much they miss you how they will do whatever it takes to gain your trust again even though you know he went right back to his ex or found new supply after you ended it or they discarded you, then you must know this is a tactic and you must listen in to why you can not go back . They are only thinking about themselves & the reason they are back is not for love but yea they may throw that out there. It's called a Hoover and its dangerous .. A narcissist always needs supply . Yes he came back after I wrote my book & I didn't see what was coming . His new supply contacted me and it seems he was playing us off , I feel embarrassed and stupid but at the same time hurt but I'm being very kind to myself becauae I'm human.
