Prayer is a conversation with God. Period. You talking to him and God talking back to you. Why is it so hard do to? There may be thousands of reasons but the fact remains, God wants to talk with you. Today we look into what prayer is and how you can incorporate prayer into your daily life. Let's listen in!

Fasting is a powerful tool. When you decide to push something away so you can gain more from God, something special happens. Let's listen in! 

Let's face it, we all encounter situations that, if we told the truth, we can't handle. Jesus' disciples found themselves in a similar circumstance. And when they questioned Jesus about why they couldn't handle it, Jesus' response was this type of problem needs special attention in the form of prayer and fasting. Let's listen in!

God never promised us that things would always be good. But He did tell us that he would be with us every step of our journey with him. He did promise us comfort in tough times. We can rest easy knowing that we have a God that is willing to meet us in the middle of whatever we find ourselves in. Let's listen in! 

Jesus' birth brought us more than our Savior, it brought us many other gifts. Today we learn about the gift of promises kept. Jesus was a promise that was made many years before His birth. A testament to God's ability to keep a promise. No word of God will ever fail. Let's listen in! 

Something truly remarkable happens when we move our thinking from me to us. When we cease to see our life as an individual journey to a journey where we get to participate with the greater narrative of partnering with God to see His kingdom come. We see that we live a more fulfilling life full of purpose and contentment. Let's listen in!

There is something God wants to see here on earth. It is a beautiful picture of everyone on earth coming to experience the wonder of God's love. The amazing part of this is we all have a role to play in seeing this happen. When the disciples asked Jesus about prayer, Jesus took that time to help shift the disciples thinking from just themselves to everyone. Let's listen in!

There are some victories that are attached to other people. This is God's reminder to us that we need each other. Let's listen in! 

God has given us all something to empower us to help others. It's our own story. The things we've been through in our lives. It's a story of God in our lives. And while our lives aren't perfect, it shows others that God has carried us through some of the toughest times. Let's listen in!

There are many things and reasons why we don't accomplish all the things we set out to do. One thing that often holds us back is freedom from things we haven't experience. We may not be in a bad situation, but the bad situation is still in us. We still need to be freed. The great news is Jesus is here to free us from all that holds us back. Let's listen in!
