Mark speaks with author, attorney, and climate expert Christopher C. Horner over at the Government Accountability Office. It seems as if everyone who supports defeating climate change blames President Trump for hurricanes when it's, in fact, hurricane season.  Also, Mark continues to metaphorically destroy the California State Senate and State Assembly for its continued support for Lorena Gonzalez's authored bill to basically make independent contractors "employees" and give them benefits when most ICs are okay with how the system is at the moment.

Hurricane Dorian has just decimated the islands and it's imperative that we pray and continue to provide aid to the Bahamas, according to Manchester. Also, Tim Graham (Executive Editor, NewsBusters.org) checks in with a couple pieces on the media's continuous overreaction related to President Trump and Hurricane Dorian, and background checks on guns, and who knows what else. Also, NBC celebrated Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor's 10th anniversary on the bench with a cake (btw, Sotomayor is a diabetic as well).

Tom Del Becarro (PoliticalVanguard.com) shines a light on the latest coming out of Sacramento as lawmakers continue to try and get legislation passed to make it easier for unions to form inside companies like Uber and Lyft and get rid of the "gig economy" as people are able to use the flexibility of their own schedule to make money.

California State Senator Brian Jones joined Mark for an in-depth conversation on Assembly Bill 5 that would limit when businesses could classify employees as independent contractors. This includes workers from hairstylists to ride-share drivers. AB 5 was authored by Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez. She says the workers should be entitled to things like sick time, paid family leave and workers compensation.... Some ride-share drivers believe AB 5 will limit their ability to earn what they want and when they want. Also, former FBI Director James Comey was found by an independent watchdog group from the Inspector General's office to have made multiple violations and set dangerous examples for government employees. We get perspective from former United States Attorney General Ed Meese on this and how far it might go.

Mark visits once again with Lord John Taylor of Warwick from the House of Lords in Parliament over in England. He, being Comey, however, will not be facing any charges whatsoever from the Department of Justice. We get analysis from Mark as well as NewsMax.com's James Hirsen. Jean Schulz, widow of Peanuts creator Charles Schulz, provides a great perspective, as well as a cool promotion for those who are attending Burning Man this week, and the importance of why Peanuts is still important today.
