We kick off the show with Victoria introducing us to an upcoming movie that's bound to be horrible followed immediately with our review of a movie that we both loved. Gotta keep that balance in the force...with Facebook free-use music. Daniel predicts Uncast will become a vidcast. We discuss the candle-related holiday season and how much we love it and Victoria confuses a fat seal in a pool with a porg, hence the title. Rachel joins us and we discuss our road trip as we drove her car and most of her stuff from West Virginia to California. The trip included full days in Memphis and Austin, stops in Lexington, Nashville, Little Rock, Dallas, San Antonio, El Paso, Tucson, and Chandler before reaching Claremont, CA. Phew! What a trip! While we were gone, Victoria was bored and all alone. Wait. No she wasn't. She was busy bringing a new member of the family home! While Daniel grabbed the second beer, Victoria brought us Freddy Kreuger PSA which is basically just her describing how she wants to be a serial killer but with a purpose. Evil Twin and Westbrook made a Mexican Biscotti Cake Break. It's a mouthful but it's not bad but it gets a discussion on Hop Con 5.0 going. We start right off with Victoria getting a little bit racist. We somehow continue without any deaths and the beer of the week, Daniel's 3rd brew ever is not bad! How not bad is it? Okay, we won't bore you with the entire brew process but Tony and Jefferson are here with Daniel to talk about their thoughts on beer, brewing, and brew days in general. While we do this, we're brewing an American Black Ale that's meant to be somewhere between a brown and an IPA that's so dark, it'll make your mom's heart seem like a light source in comparison. We recorded this Andrea while Daniel was recovering from a cold. We reminisce about Unniversary weekend, including their time in an escape room, Jim & I at brunch and Study Pony Karaoke on Friday night. Not to mention the greatest food spread in Unniversary history. Victoria and Andrea escaped to this "rezzert" in Mission Bay called Paradise Point for a few days. We enjoy a beer just in time for Victoria to get into her second favorite hotel pasttime: snarking on shitty TV. Namely, Lifetime dramas. Oh yeah, drop your pants and gather the kids for a good wholesome family poop commercial.

First off, ten years eh?! Who'd have ever thought we'd still be doing this after all we've been through? Thanks first off to Bex, Allison and Butch for being the only guests to make it out for all ten events. The Dahs would be there too but we'd only met them once by Unniversary I and to be fair, they DID join us for the afterparty on Paltalk. SO there. Actually, a huge thank you to everyone who attended this year and all those hoping to join us next year, which will actually BE on St Patrick's Day! Just when you think the episode is over, Victoria brings up eggplant cookie cutters.

Recorded on the Ides of May and we welcome our guest, Anthony, to the show. We start right off with our first beer of the week, Council Brewing's Deadlock Ale. With beer in our bellies, we get started on the happenings of the last two months, starting with the Apocalyptica concert we went to and the Beyonce concert that Victoria attended. It’s another Mancast with Butch and Tony! This one’s got FIVE (5) beers of the week. We all agree Daylight Savings Time is a waste of it. After 2 beers, Victoria needs food not hockey. This is our first recorded episode of 2016. Creed makes God cry. Victoria gets upset because a Buzzfeed Quiz told her she’d fail 4th grade science. Facebook trending topics are ridiculous. For example, are German people racist for buying Mein Kampf? Guess where the Kardashian loving Vivi sides on this debate. I’ll give you a hint: Daniel takes a hard “Fuck Cancer” stance, while she takes a softer “it happens, get over it!” approach. Our search for brown ales continues. The first from Alesmith, is amazing. Andrea is in the house and we go through his first experience with Black Friday and Thanksgiving in the States. We move on from family drama to our thoughts of Spectre. Hint: just don’t. This goes so well, Andrea goes off on Daniel for his new built rig. After a brief break, we go through some deep relationship focused discussion.
