Three big things from Psalm 95: 1. Who God is. (Rock, King, Maker, Shepherd, & Judge) 2. Who God is inspires/motivates a reaction from creation. (worship & praise) 3. Who God is leads to something specific. (rest) Hebrews 3-4 help us understand God's rest in Psalm 95. Psalm 95 shows two sides of the same coin. It shows the proper and wrong response to "who God is": praise & worship versus unbelief & disobedience. One leads to God's rest and one does not. The rest of God is only found in a relationship with His Son, Jesus Christ.
