Joining our discussion is our Guest, Dr. Michelle McCleery , from Hill-Rom located in Cary, North Carolina. Dr. McCleerey is currently the Director of Patient Safety for the Hill-Rom IT Solutions group. Previous to this role, Michelle held several other positions at Hill-Rom including the Director of Clinical Marketing and the Director of Professional Services, leading the clinical consulting services, design services, information services, and patient and caregiver safety services groups. Michelle has a background in nursing and Master’s Degrees in Education and Business Administration. She also has a Master’s and Doctorate degree in Human Factors, the study and design of the human-system interface.
