NYC-based dancer, performer and personal trainer, Laura Henry discusses honoring our struggles, owning our fears, and making the choice to love them as the most essential parts of our identity. She will talk about the inspiration for her new poem-turned-dance drama "The Cave and The Light," which expresses her continuous journey toward discovering her true self. She sheds light on her challenges with perfectionism, self-doubt, unworthiness and her fear of being "too much," and how embracing them was her greatest act of self-love to date.
