Is January getting you down? I’ve succumbed to something and I don’t think episode necessarily makes for nice listening but it has helped lift me somewhat. What can we do when we’re feeling off? We can be real hard on ourself, like I have, or we can open up and be honest with ourselves. Listen to your gut.
