HelloTomDyer Recap #38 : feeling flat This post is similar to the one I posted in September. I’m not feeling myself this week and I don’t really know why as there’s so much good going on and I’m loving the houses with their fairy lights on and I love the spirit of Christmas. But true to my values I want to give some insight that even those of us who may appear to be happy go lucky all the time still have thoughts and feelings that drag us down and hinder our ability to get on with our days - but we still do. We still get up and we take on the day. If you’re in a festive slump look after yourself. Be mindful. Talk openly. Do something you enjoy and don’t judge yourself.
