In this episode I go a little into expectation and how that can damage us. Particularly if an outcome is linked to another person or object. I ran out of time but I was going to talk about my trek to Machu Picchu and how the expectation of the last site, Michu Picchu itself was very impressive, but I enjoyed the journey. And as I had very little preconceived notion everything was still full of awe and I’m like my outlook. I’m rarely disappointed. I hope these thoughts help you and please share with others.
