Samantha Meeker interviews Phyllis Taylor, a Florida based artist.   Phyllis A. Taylor is a Philadelphia born artist who signs her artwork as 'Pannet', a combination of her first and last initials and her middle name. Phyllis was trained in figurative drawing and painting at Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Illustration from The Philadelphia College of Art. Phyllis also studied Art Management at The American University in Washington, DC and worked in the graphics and photography department and as an artist for USA Today in Roslyn, VA. Phyllis A.
