Clare farming communities are being urged to register their interest in a new farm safety education manual designed to support primary school teachers, and members of their local farming communities, with the tools needed to co-deliver an effective farm safety education programme in the classroom. The call is coming from AgriKids and Irish Rural Link, who are launching the new resource. Its launch includes two pilot events this week, with one of them taking place at Kilmihil National School here in Clare today.
