It's claimed Clare's disabled community has been severely hindered by a failure from national and local governing bodies to remove physical barriers to housing, workplaces and recreational areas. Ennistymon based spokesperson and Co-Founder of Equality Not Care Anne-Marie Flanagan insists they want to see meaningful change, not lip service.
