I had the opportunity to chat with Rwenshaun Miller, MA who is a clinician in North Carolina, author, speaker and Executive Director and Founder of Eustress, INC. He is making a great impact within the black and brown community with bringing awareness to mental health and breaking down the stereotypes and stigmas. In this session, Rwenshaun will share his story and how he overcame the stigmas and stereotypes of men being real about their emotions and what's going on in their lives. He shares how he uses his platform to encourage men to seek counseling services and how he is able to create a safe space for me to share their emotions through his weekly conference call "Locker Room Talk".
