In this session I touched on my upcoming community event G.A.P. Closure on July 19th (please see my facebook for details, the opening coming soon for The Evolving Chair Counseling and Consulting Agency, July being Bebe Moore Campbell Minority Mental Health Awareness Month and who is Bebe Moore Campbell. I had the pleasure to chat with Duch (My media person and 1/3 of the host from the 72 and 10 Podcast) about mental health in the black community and what's holding him back from seeking support. We had the opportunity to talk about things from his past that affects his present and future thought patterns. I love his honesty and genuineness to allow me to push the envelope a little bit.
