Texas passes their Heartbeat Bill which bans abortion when there is a detectable heartbeat, at six weeks. Amazingly, the Supreme Court just ruled 5-4 to allow the law to stand. The first bill of its kind, Texas’ Heartbeat Bill is saving lives, even while the state is not enforcing this law at all, providing a possible blueprint for other states to challenge Roe. Predictably, the Left is renting their garments, and screaming for our heads.
