Table For Two

On this editon of Table for Two, Naomi hosted Seth Leavitt owner of Abeles and Heymann who, among other things, debuted his new Congac Salami. She was also joined by Steven Weinberger AKA Fleish Gordon who is a celebrity judge on the Kosher BBQ competitions circuit this summer. Warren Rochmacher and Don Sharbin, the Co-Executive Chairmen of the First Annual Southern New England Kosher BBQ Championship and Festival were in the studio to preview this amazing new event. Finally, Naomi played an interview with the gang from Kosher Connections that she recorded this past summer.

On this edition of Table For Two, Naomi's first guest was Cookbook author and blogger Leah Schapira who had a great give-away for the listeners. Naomi was joined in the studio by Jay Buchsbaum from Royal wines and Moshe and Chavi Katzman from NY pasta authority. They had a great wine and pasta pairing and heard about the Katzmans pasta making journey, how they developed the pasta and got it from their kitchen to ours.

On this edition of Table For Two, Naomi hosted Michael Glickman from Long Island BBQ Competition. They chatted about the categories the teams will compete in and gives us details on the family packed action that will take place. Also Moishe Schonfeld from Ossie's Fish Joined the program to give Naomi and the listeners some great tips on cooking fish and easy pre-made fish suppers that are available at their stores across the tri state area.

On this edition of That's Life, Naomin hosted Abbey Wolin from J-create magazine who shared great crafting ideas for Shavuot, Eli Schrieber from GET PYED told us the tips behind credit card points and how his company can help you sell your miles for cash or travel. Naomi's final guest was Naomi Ross who has a Indian Feast spread in the latest edition of Joy of Kosher. She shares with us some insights into why we eat dairy on Shavuot and delicious recipes.

Also joining Naomi, from Israel was Daniel Mush Meyer executive director of Young Israel Movement. He discussed sending Mishloach Manot to chayalim. Finally, Naomi hosted Gloria Kobrin, creator of the first kosher Cookbook App.

On this edition of Table for Two, Naomi hosted Shifra Klein from Joy of kosher to discuss the latest edition of the magazine that puts the spotlight on Purim. Naomi's second guest was Mara Strom from Kosher On A Budget. They talked about keeping Shabbat and Pesach costs down during this expensive season.

On this episode of Table For Two, Naomi presented a wine pairing with Jay Buchsbaum from Royal Wines, Yoav Levy and Seth leavitt from Abeles and Heymann. Jay also gave Naomi and the listeners a run down on the KFWE, taking place on Monday, February 24, 2014.
