We finish Pride Month with act two (or three?) of Falsettos, the 2/3rds of the whole Marvin/In Trousers trilogy. Marvin and Whizzer have broken up. Marvin and Trina are planning Jason's bar mitzvah and tensions are high. And since this is about gay men in the 80s, AIDS is pretty prominent.

It's Pride Month!! So we're traveling back to the late 70s to see the coming out and relationship story of a terrible human being and his therapist and the people he screws over! Just in time for Pride!

In olden days, Public Enemy Number One couldn't make the boat so Billy snuck on to try and win the heart of Hope. Much shenanigans ensued and are about to ensue.

We're traveling back in time, y'all! Cole Porter's epic jaunt was originally supposed to be about a shipwreck, but then an actual shipwreck happened and everyone thought it would bit a bit gauche. So we ended up this show about costume switches, mistaken identities, and tap numbers!

We're back with friend of the pod, James Higgins to go over Act 2 of Sunday in the Park with George. We're talking themes and music theory but don't let that scare you as it's utterly fascinating and might just change how you view this show, even if you already love it!!

It's April so it's time to head outside and enjoy the sunshine! And the park! And George!! Sondheim's work of art about making art! We're joined by Matt's fiance and composer James Higgins to talk about Sunday in the Park with George and all the sparkling musical notations contained within!
