Ruff is one-third of the uber successful podcast "Circling Back" which is run under the Washed Media umbrella. The City of Chicago has a rat problem. To combat the radioactive beasts, they brought in coyotes under the cover of darkness. It has backfired in ways they could not have imagined, with coyotes attacking innocent bystanders and people fearing for their lives.
