He says that you will feel tired weak and irritable, I agree with that, but that you're immune system will also suffer.

One of the things I believe in is going on the offense in life. Anytime you are negative, complain, ponder and the classic overthink things you are going on the defense. Offense really is doing things it's all action based. Sure you can learn from other people's experiences, like reading books, but if you don't do anything with knowledge it doesn't mean anything.
