The first ever all-women's tournament the WWE has hosted kicked off on the Network with the first four episodes available to stream and there has been some stellar matches put on. Any potential stars for Vince McMahon's big brand? Plus after a couple of weeks of to-ing and fro-ing about female wrestling characters, are they essentially split into just two genres? For Raw the big men in the main event put on a slug fest that could be one of the matches of the year but is Brock Lesnar keeping the title a good thing? Plus what could it mean for his fight with Jon Jones! Shane McMahon may have also ruined a perfectly good match by being the guest referee and elsewhere on SmackDown if Shinsuke Nakamura isn't going to take the title off Jinder - who the hell will? Rich makes the argument for his wife Renee Young to turn heel as well! The SmackDown side of things see the boring Baron Corbin continue towards what is expected to be a cash-in of the briefcase on Sunday. Too predictable? 07/08/2017 Duração: 18min

Firstly though, the guys find out what their wrestler nicknames would be, Tom came with an idea whereas Richard didn't, so we found out Richard's via the internet! On the red brand is Brock Lesnar going to lost at SummerSlam to go and find in the UFC and Jon Jones? It seems likely, but we don't know who could be walking the champion and the guys see that as a big plus! Plus on Raw we saw a questionable main event and one of the fan favourites is injured. SmackDown presented their dream match-up between John Cena and Shinsuke Nakamura, did it live up to the hype? Tom thinks he's got it figured out how the WWE championship match will go down at the biggest event of the summer. Let us know your bad wrestler nicknames, tweet us @ProperSport

After the disaster of the SmackDown pay-per-view Battleground, why has the regular weekly show put on a much better outing? Plus should AJ Styles and Kevin Owens be swapping the United States Championship so much? Also is Jinder Mahal's time as WWE Champion become boring? Over on the Raw side of things, in news that won't come as a shock there will be a fatal-four-way for the Universal Championship at SummerSlam. Are we seeing a mini Shield reunion to finally lead to a Dean Ambrose heel turn? Plus Tom argues that WWE have not done enough with Jason Jordon becoming Kurt Angle's son already. 24/07/2017 Duração: 24min

Our resident WWE "experts" Tom Maguire & Richard Shaw-Wright review the SmackDown event Battleground 2017 and it's fair to say, they weren't impressed. The third ever Punjabi Prison Match saw The Great Khali return to help Jinder Mahal retain the WWE Championship by strangling Randy Orton. Does anyone care about the big man's return? Match of the night was expected to be AJ Styles vs Kevin Owens for the United States Championship, but Richard argues that it was overhyped. Whilst the actual highlight of the event was the first match on the card with new SmackDown Tag Team Champions The New Day beating The Usos in a great tag contest. Tom & Rich review the Battleground in it's entirety, plus they debate about the big reveal from Raw last Monday which saw Jason Jordan unveil himself as Kurt Angle's son.
