The last event before WrestleMania; Fastlane 2018 is this Sunday how will the #WWE fare as they gear #SDLive up for the biggest event of the year? Monday Night #Raw gave us a taster of what we expect to see at Mania from Ronda Rousey and Stephanie McMahon, with the plan for the Rowdy One to elevate Steph's status - will this be anything like Vince facing Stone Cold in the Attitude Era? Probably not. SmackDown Live geared up for their final single-branded pay-per-view by adding John Cena to the WWE Championship match making it a six-pack challenge. Neither Rich or Tom are overly looking forward to the show but would love to be surprised by a good show! Ahead of Elimination Chamber 2018 Rich & Tom provide Proper Sport's weekly bite of #wrestling talk.  Richard shows Tom 'Big Sexy' Kevin Nash as the Wizard of Oz in WCW, on Raw the Monster Among Men Braun Strowman smashed a double bass over Elias, that's about the only thing you need to know from the red brand last week. SmackDown continues the stagnate despite adding two names into the #WWE title picture. Single brand pay-per-views are coming to an end after Fast Lane, is this good for the quality of shows but bad for the talent? The lads discuss that PLUS Richard's new favourite wrestling theme: The Elite. THE THE ELITE!

Vince McMahon's plans for the XFL in 2020 means that less of his time will be focused on running WWE, signalled by his son-in-law Triple H taking over 205Live. Is he the man to take over control from Vince? Tom & Rich discuss. Raw saw Elias record the biggest win of his career over Braun Strowman and John Cena, Jason Jordan has had surgery but not before costing Reigns & Rollins a match and we take one step closer to Elimination Chamber with one spot for the men's match undecided.  Smackdown was a carbon copy of the past few weeks Tom argues, with it not being an enjoyable watch he goes on to have a bit of a rant about the blue brand. On #Raw Sasha Banks needs to be more careful when diving out of the ring, she put on a brilliant match against Asuka but we need to wait and see if the Empress will challenge Bliss for the title after the announcement of the first all-women's Elimination Chamber. Why did Stephanie McMahon have to be involved? AGAIN. Happy Rusev Day over on SmackDown as Richard's boy RuRu won himself a US title shot and is it finally time #SDLive turned a corner or is it still on a downward decline, Tom suggests it's not been getting any better. On 205Live Rockstar Spud made his #WWE debut under a brand new name, maybe making the show worth a watch? Plus boy oh boy Booker T had some things to say about his former commentary colleague Corey Graves, things involving job changes, fighting and the like. What a weekend of wrestling which closed with the mega-star Ronda Rousey joining the WWE! Tom & Rich review the exciting Royal Rumble 2018! First up the dream match has been made for Wrestlemania when Shinsuke Nakamura won, perhaps the best Royal Rumble in recent years, and chose to face the WWE Champion AJ Styles. The men put on a great show with some really great moments including the returns of Rey Mysterio & The Hurricane! If you're going to make history with the first ever women's Rumble match then it had to be the main event, but Richard is not happy with the addition of Stephanie McMahon on commentary. It was a tribute to the women of the past who have helped pave the way to get to this point with returning stars such as; Molly Holly, Trish Stratus & Lita. It was the Empress of Tomorrow who came out victorious in a great match but did the shine get taken from her when 'Rowdy' Ronda Rousey made her long anticipated debut?! 30 men and for the first time ever 30 women will be competing in the Royal Rumble, it's one of the most highly anticipated WWE events in the year and Tom Maguire & Richard Shaw-Wright preview the show. Betting markets are usually a good indication as to who could be the winner, but a surprise is typically expected at the Rumble so could we see a CM Punk return or a Ronda Rousey debut? It's the start of the Wrestlemania season so Tom & Rich look at the real contenders too. NXT Takeover Philadelphia happens the night before, we look set for another great event from the yellow WWE brand. Plus Vince McMahon has officially announced the rebirth of the XFL, seriously.

It's been 25 years since #WWE introduced the weekly wrestling programme Monday Night Raw and with the celebration of #Raw25, Tom & Rich take a look back at some of the best moments of the past 1,286 episodes. Mick Foley winning the championship, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon getting married, Dolph Ziggler cashing in, Roman Reigns' five word promo, Chris Jericho's debut, Daniel Bryan's Yes Movement occupies the ring and so many more moments have entertained wrestling fans for 25 years on #Raw. So how was the final #WWE pay-per-view in 2017? Pretty mild to be honest, Tom & Rich review Clash of Champions 2017! SmackDown Live see of the year in Boston by putting every title on team Blue on the line and there was really only one shock in the entire event as Dolph Ziggler won the United States title. Woo. The tag team titles were again a highlight of an ordinary night and the WWE Championship remains in the hands of the best wrestler on the brand rather than it being hindered by Jinder Mahal. Also Tom isn't happy with Bryon Saxton and his "moronic" character on the commentary. In the news Kenny Omega and Chris Jericho have sold their Wrestle Kingdom match perfectly, Facebook will be showing WWE content with the Mixed Match Challenge and #NXT made it's television broadcast debut. The only night of the year Raw and SmackDown compete in head to head competition apparently. Tom & Rich review #WWE's 2017 edition of the Thanksgiving week tradition. Up first though was #NXTTakeover #WarGames after 20 years we saw two rings enclosed within a cage, but how was the old-match reboot? The Velveteen Dream also gained a new fan in Tom. AJ Style and Brock Lesnar seemed like a dream match we may never see but we did at #SurvivorSeries but did it deliver? Rich voices his opinion on the match and the guys debate about the main event not pushing their less established talent.

Survivor Series now has an insanely exciting match for it's main event with a new #WWE champ plus we book the first ever Women's Royal Rumble! It's all been happening on the WWE's European Tour, Raw and SmackDown have both crowned new champions, whilst Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens have been sent home! Are the two indie darlings in hot water? Survivor Series is right round the corner and Raw has new tag champions thanks to the New Day costing Ambrose & Rollins. It's surely a set up for The Shield vs The New Day isn't it?!
