It shouldn’t take video after video for our country to take responsibility for the amount of evil and prejudice that still exists in America today. On Monday, May 25 in Minneapolis, 46-year-old George Floyd was killed by a white police officer who pinned him to the ground for over 8 minutes until he could no longer breathe. The encounter was caught on a viral video that has since sparked national outrage over the amount of racial injustice that still exists in this nation. COVID19 has completely transformed the way we live day to day life. Church services, worship nights, rehearsals, small groups, all halted and with little to no certainty of when that will change. This week’s episode comes to you preceded by lots of prayer as we talk about suicide and depression in the Church.   In 2018, Andrew Stoecklein, the pastor of Inland Hills Church in California, took his own life. Just less than two weeks before, Andrew had preached a sermon on depression and suicide, and how to battle it.   The Church was in shock... it didn’t make sense.
