When immortal agent of chaos Drake (who Mac promised not to kill in order to save his post WWI squeeze) orchestrates a coup in an ambiguous Eastern European nation, Duncan must break that ancient promise to rescue the second (third?) coming of Randi McFarland. The Rewatchers do the Monster Mash, struggle to unpack everyone's accent, and dive deep into the moral implications of immortal promises.

Long after the eminently punchable immortal (lil' Nicky Ward) terrorized Victorian-era Paris by pretending to be a vampire, Duncan must ruin his baby-faced rival's wedding before it's too late. The Rewatchers tease the crap out of Nicholas Ward, cringe at the sound of a brutal steaking, and bro out with Joe.

In the exciting conclusion of this memorable two-parter, Duncan returns to Paris on a wild hunch about fish eggs and manages to bag his two greatest rivals in the process. The Rewatchers use the power of ducking to avoid all bullets, try to guess the going rate for caviar, and share mixed thoughts about the show's very drunk and very French new comic relief, named Maurice.

In one of the most iconic arcs of season two, Xavier St. Cloud and the villainous Horton team up to unleash their secret weapon, dudes with machine guns, on unsuspecting immortals like Mac.
