Howard is also critical of the Phillies, saying if they don’t make some changes in the offseason, they have no chance at winning a World Series.

Ruben Amaro and the Morning team discuss the Phillies and what they can look at to improve for next year. Ruben says that he believes that the team can improve and that they need to make adjustments.
