On his podcast, Jeff McLane reports that Landon Dickerson is a "big question-mark" for him next season, seemingly even bigger than Lane Johnson. The 94 WIP Morning Show is trying to come to terms with that potential, on top of the disaster of Jeff Stoutland leaving, among other blunders this offseason.

The 94 WIP Morning Show have been reacting to Jeff Stoutland leaving the Eagles all morning. Rhea Hughes reported that there was an article stating that Stoutland's departure was reportedly a messy ending with Head Coach Nick Sirianni. It is rare to see an offensive line coach make this much headlines but it shows how great of a coach Stoutland was.

Eliot Shorr-Parks joined the 94 WIP Morning Show to discuss the recent developments as Jeff Stoutland is leaving the organization. He theorizes that there will be significant changes to the Eagles offense if the organization is fine with Stoutland's departure. Offensive coordinator Sean Mannion and Head Coach Nick Sirianni may have a different, more pass-oriented mindset moving forward for the Eagles offense.

Joe DeCamara of the 94 WIP Morning Show goes on a passionate rant about how great of a coach Jeff Stoutland was for the Eagles organization. He mentions numerous offensive lineman that have been stars for the team thanks to the great coaching and mentoring of Stoutland. Rhea Hughes thinks the Eagles should look themselves in the mirror for how they treated Stoutland especially after he didn't thank the team in his farewell message. Spike Eskin went on a rant yesterday about why the Sixers should trade for Giannis Antetokounmpo and called out the Morning Team for being frauds about the Sixers.

James Seltzer guesses that Lane Johnson is more mad at Nick Sirianni than Howie Roseman for the demoting and departure of Stoutland. Joe DeCamara says that it feels like the team is headed for a crash.

The 94 WIP Morning Show continue to reflect on the departure of Jeff Stoutland. Joe DeCamara says that someone with leadership screwed up bad and it did not have to lead to this. Nobody agrees with the decision to demote him during the season and insinuate the offensive struggles were his fault. Rhea Hughes says that he probably felt disrespected by this decision and that it played a big part in his decision to leave.
