The story behind the shooting of two San Diego police officers continues to unfold. One suspect has been captured, with another still on the loose. James Hirsen is on the show.

Two police officers were shot last night in the Southcrest neighborhood of San Diego. One officer was killed, with the other in surgery expected to survive. David Bossie comes on the show to weigh in on the nation’s attitude towards police officers. Jerry Sanders, former police chief, is on to talk about the shootings, as well as the Chargers initiative.

Michael Reagan joins the show to talk about the release of John Hinckley Junior. Michael discusses the attempted assassination of his father, and forgiveness. More with Kate Obenshain.

Bill Clinton is still talking… No criminal charges have stuck for the three remaining police officers in the Freddie Gray case. Tim Graham joins the show to discuss First Dude Bill Clinton’s speech in depth. John Hinckley Jr. has been granted freedom on grounds of mental insanity.

Victoria Taft fills in for Mark Larson, discussing Bill Clinton’s “bizarre” speech at the DNC last night. Charges were dropped yesterday against Planned Parenthood for selling baby parts. Rachel Maddow thinks that Bill’s speech was less than savory. Young people these days don’t even know what the “glass ceiling” is. San Diego county has the highest instance of “Muslim bullying”, according to CAIR.
