    Paulina took a break from maternity leave to share Zixta’s incredible birth story. She talks us through the highs and lows of postpartum, how’s she adjusting day-by-day and goes in-depth hour-by-hour of her labor.   From when her mucus plug expelled in the bathroom with Krista, to Ramiro jumping into the pool with her and to having all three daughters around her. This was everything Paulina envisioned for herself and Zixta. Paulina also reminds us that preparing for postpartum is as important as preparing for labor. We constantly need to take care ourselves and seek support from our community. As Bricia’s life coach says, “you either speak towards what you want or against what you don't want. The focus will cause your feelings.”
