Xfire is back and with a new crew who run through the latest Playstation news and discuss a few choice games. This week includes Horizon: Zero Dawn, Until Dawn, Crash Bandicoot, GT Sport, Destiny 2 and Battlefront 2 (the new one).

This week is quite a special one, as we opened up the 13-hour livestream for “Gamers United Against Demnetia”. We talk memory games, times our memory has failed us in games, games as part of dementia/memory research, games as both preventative and palliative brain care, and a whole lot else besides. Ben and Aadil share one of Lucy’s favourite beers the ‘Steady Rolling Man’ pale ale from the folks over at “DEYA”. The boys finish off the conversation with the “Northern Monks Patron Project” pineapple and grapefruit juice IPA ‘4.02’. Lucy starts off with the ‘Cryo Baby’ session IPA from “Magic Rock Brewery”, following it up with “Beerbliotek” ‘Single Hop Mosaic’ IPA.

Particularly the big sales events of the year, e.g. steam summer, and seemingly never-ending sales in games that tease our pocketbooks constantly. Aadil rabbits on about the “Enhanced Steam” chrome extension, and Ben still hasn’t quite bought a steam link. Ben has the “To Øl” DIPA ‘Underground’, and Aadil the “Northern Monks Patron Project” Saison ‘DDH’. Do you buy games at full price?

This week; Adam is joined by Aadil for a podcast full of more confectionery than you can shake a stick at… not that you see many people shaking sticks at cakes. Adam, Ben & Dave take a look back at The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt on the 2nd Anniversary of its release in this super special Bonus Episode of the Out of Lives Podcast! The original game launched on the 19th of May 2015, with 2 major expansions following in the year that followed. After several hundred hours of playtime each, it is no surprise that we think this is one of the best games ever made; The Game of The Decade at least.
