  • A Storm With No Name... - William Williams

    27/09/2016 Duração: 04min

A storm with no name...is still a natural disaster for the tens, if not hundreds, of thousands whose lives have been affected by it. If you’ve been watching the news, over the past few weeks, this is what you have seen unfold in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and its surrounding areas in the southern United States: thousands without power, entire towns flooded, and droves of homeless people facing uncertain futures—or have you? • Times Of Refreshing - J. Davy Crockett III

    06/09/2016 Duração: 04min

Do you ever feel entrapped by urban sprawl? Do you long for the peace and tranquility of a panoramic scene of natural beauty, like a glacier-fed lake at the foot of snow-covered mountains with cool crisp air filling your lungs—without the rumble, roar and clang of traffic noises? Would fresh trout on the banks of a flowing stream make a delicious supper as a day in the out of doors comes to a close? I think most of us would relish spending time in that environment. There is a gnawing emptiness in most people that seems to be filled, if only temporarily, by spending some time in a part of God’s unspoiled Creation. • Be Careful What You See - Adam J. West

    06/09/2016 Duração: 04min

The statistics are shocking. The average age at which an American child first sees pornography online is eleven! Forty million Americans are regular visitors to Internet porn sites. In a typical month, 70 percent of American men aged 18–24 visit pornography Web sites. Twenty-five percent of all search engine requests—68 million a day!—are pornography related. This is an epidemic societal scourge! Full text here: http://www.tomorrowsworld.org/commentary/be-careful-what-you-see

  • Leaders To Confusion - Roger Meyer (guest columnist)

    06/09/2016 Duração: 04min

Do some of the decisions made by our leaders leave you feeling befuddled and confused? We may think to ourselves, “How could any rational human being come to such strange conclusions and make such decisions?” Full text here: http://www.tomorrowsworld.org/commentary/leaders-to-confusion

  • A Beautiful Lie - J. Davy Crockett III

    06/09/2016 Duração: 03min

The church auditorium was full of friends and relatives that had come to pay respects and to comfort the grieving family. A dear lady had died of an illness that was unresponsive to treatment. She was beloved mother and grandmother as well as a staunch supporter of her husband in a successful family business. She was not young, but not old either and her loss was keenly felt by all who knew her. Full text here: http://www.tomorrowsworld.org/commentary/a-beautiful-lie

  • Testimony To The Battle Of Somme - Ben Maddox (guest columnist)

    18/08/2016 Duração: 04min

One hundred years ago this past June, British and French forces unleashed an unprecedented offensive during the First World War, against German forces along the Western Front. Although Britain and her allies won the “Great War,” the Battle of the Somme became, to many, a testimony to the futility of fighting a “War to End All Wars.” By November 1916, the Allies had advanced just 11 kilometers, and over 1,200,000 men had been lost from all armies, making the Somme one of the bloodiest battles in history. • Race Riots Ahead? - Jonathan Bueno

    18/08/2016 Duração: 04min

If only Ferguson, Missouri were the end of a terrible, disheartening story. Sadly, it was not. Recent publicized shootings of black men by police officers has ignited waves of protests in the United States, and has resulted in two confirmed retaliatory shootings of police officers in both Dallas, Texas and Baton Rouge, Louisiana. • Has the Red Horse Been Released? - Wyatt Ciesielka

    15/08/2016 Duração: 04min

More human beings have been killed in war and genocide from World War I to now than ever before in the same span of time. Warfare, natural disasters, religious confusion and religious strife, economic calamity, immorality and famine all seem to be increasing. Prophecy is clearly marching forward. Has the second seal been opened? Has the Red Horse been released? Full text here: http://www.tomorrowsworld.org/commentary/has-the-red-horse-been-released

  • Human Trafficking - Richard Franz

    12/08/2016 Duração: 04min

One of the most serious crimes of global proportions is human trafficking, which in the 21st century is second only to drug trafficking in terms of magnitude. The term “human trafficking” in a broad sense is often defined as the illegal trade of humans for the purpose of sexual and labor exploitation. • The Winds Of Change - J. Davy Crockett III

    08/08/2016 Duração: 04min

Everyone has opinions, and it seems that the opinions are constantly changing. As this tumultuous election season in the United States unfolds, we see the candidates relying on opinion polls to guide their strategy as they verbally thrust and parry, trying to best their opponents. Huge amounts of money are being spent to gauge the likes and dislikes, beliefs, frustrations and irritants as pollsters try to determine the mood and desires of the voting public. Political candidates, consultants and pundits use the statistical data to determine the “hot button” issues of their voting blocks. • That Just Happened - Mark Sandor

    05/08/2016 Duração: 04min

A major prophetic event happened just weeks ago, and you may not even have noticed! When Britain voted to leave the European Union, the world—and especially the EU—was shocked and alarmed at the economic and political significance. And yet, for many, the event is already “off the media radar”—but what is the real significance of “Brexit?” Without reading further, do you know what the Bible has to say about Britain’s momentous decision? • The Sounds Of Summer - J. Davy Crockett III

    04/08/2016 Duração: 03min

The sound of the cicadas was deafening as I walked along on a summer Sabbath morning, enjoying the breeze and collecting my thoughts after a busy and eventful week. So much to think about, and then trying to making sense of it from a biblical point of view. Yet, those cicadas were humming away so loudly, it was hard to concentrate. • Oughts And Ought Nots - Roger Meyer (guest columnist)

    04/08/2016 Duração: 03min

We have all been told we “ought to do” this and we “ought not to do” that. Why? Usually it is because those doing the telling know of the consequences or potential consequences for not performing the right action. But who determines what “ought or ought not” to be done, particularly concerning moral issues? Full text here: http://www.tomorrowsworld.org/commentary/oughts-and-ought-nots

  • Disaster Will Come Upon Disaster - Roger Meyer (guest columnist)

    29/07/2016 Duração: 04min
