This episode begins with me sharing my feelings I had during my first Wild Soul Sanctuary, like most times I speak, I receive downloads of what else is coming through. I speak on how interesting and important it is to have an energetic match in our teachers, coaches, mentors, and facilitators, of how when you feel close to someone you admire things will land more for you. I say this because I have heard of friends who visit the same therapist and complain about the connection with them.  I will say this... in order to have the biggest impact, you have to have some sort of connection with that person. You have to feel something from them, that is the energetic matching. Think of an artist you love that sings a song that moves you to tears, now think of someone else singing that same song. It isn't going to move you the way you were moved with the artist you resonated with, this goes as well for the individuals we try to learn from or seek help from. I guess my point is this... don't settle. Find the doctors yo

I have a secret… and I am speaking to all the Caregivers, leaders, teachers, and facilitators out there.   I used to be needing to control everything.   I used to host things so that I myself didn’t have to be vulnerable.   I used to judge others thinking I could do it better.   All that shifted for me when I began to practice what I preach.   To show up in vulnerable spaces where I didn’t have to do anything but be open.   It was terrifying.   It was so freaking scary.   I resisted all of it, and that is how I knew that is where the work was.   Wild Soul Sanctuary begins this Monday at $666.    Pricing increases this Saturday morning.   This is your invitation to step in.

WHEW! 200 episodes! I can't believe it. So this isn't going to be my major celebration of 200 episodes because as I type this I realize that I wanted to do this in a different way.  I will probably record an episode of my favorite moments from Marta on the Move. For my 100th episode I invented an entire game show and invited 300 people to be a part of it all. I had a drag performance, magic, and comedy, plus prizes and more. For this 200th episode, I am celebrating how far I have come. I am celebrating my healing, and my growth. I am celebrating everyone who has been a part of this evolution. Thank you. So that will probably be 201 episode. So much has happened in January already and I wanted to begin with a look back on this month to see where we are all going.  Bring your journals to this one as I guide you through some fun prompts to contemplate. Hi all!  Back on the mic to share a small win from my week last week. The finishing of a journal. That seems so small, but I can tell you it is so big. This leads me to discuss finding our internal strength in these times of unrest. That we are the keepers of our lights and the havens in which to come home to. Hope you enjoy. Last week was a rough one for Phil, myself and many other’s who lost a dear friend- Joshua James Antoon. In the midst of the deep swells of grief there was so much gratitude that came forward, and our heads feel above the water a bit, yet our hearts still ache and will for the rest of our lives. I went live on this past Monday to honor our friend, our brother, and the messaging that came through I felt needed to be shared.   How to fully live.   How to fully love.   Why we hold our hearts closed until it’s too late.   How to stretch past discomfort to find connection within ourselves and with others in this fragile bit of time we have.   How to live a BIG life, just like how our friend lived.   I also spoke about the importance of being proactive with our wellness which to me is the whole package- Mind, body, and soul. I will be going live to speak about that this Friday around 2:30pm, and about the Dry January Challenge that is all about taking a rest and a reset. One I myself am very much looking forward to

  Speaking today and continuing my path and relationship with alcohol. Today I look back at a time in my life that I later shamed for not knowing more, not doing better that later changed to compassion and why that makes such a beautiful difference in our confidence, our power, and coming home to ourselves.   I also share more information on the Dry January Challenge, and who it is for. Speaking on needs and wants and the difference, and knowing where to place your attention. Including that if you are a person in need of medical help with your relationship to alcohol to reach out to a local AA group, or seek medical attention, and always to consult your doctor before starting any new health program.   If you are an individual who wants to celebrate their health and start the new year off with a supportive and judgement free group, come be a part of it with us.
