When #metoo went viral recently and many came out with stories of abuse, it made me realize that I too had a story I needed to share. This is not everyone's experience and is solely mine I needed to share for me. And so, this is my story of emotional abuse.   If it can help even one person understand what it is, how to recognize the signs, understand why to get out of relationships like these and to know that you're not alone, that you can live a beautiful life, then this episode has served its purpose.
