We conclude this series with a somber episode, but an empowering one nonetheless. There have been a spike in cases of domestic abuse during this  pandemic-instigated lock-down? The sad reality is that the virus may do  less harm than being cooped up with an abuser. In this episode, I  share the various manifestations of domestic abuse, and unpack the  vicious cycle of abuse and what you must do to break this cycle. P.S: Did you know that verbal debasement, whether done in jest or humor is a form of emotional abuse? Any form of non-consensual activity done by force to your spouse is abuse.
