CANADA IS SQUANDERING ITS FUTURE By running massive deficits to create the socialist utopia of Justin Trudeau's dreams. I've got Samantha Dagres, who is currently a Communications and Youth Programming Advisor for the Montreal Economic Institute, one of Canada’s leading economic and public policy think tanks. She recently wrote a column in Canada's Financial Post about how unhappy young Canadians are because the high taxes in Canada are crushing their dreams of entrepreneurship. GEN X, WE DID IT And by did IT, I mean we pushed Donald Trump over the finish line by a good margin. More than any generation Gen X voted in the wrecking ball, as we're prone to do. This is not surprising to me at all. We've always pushed back against scolding types who told us we can't do something and we voted accordingly This great column by David Strom calls this the Gen X election and I think that's fair. We've lived long enough to know politicians lie all the time and we decided to go in a different direction with a liar who is at least so obvious in his tall tales as to be somewhat transparent. Odd I know but here we are.

WHY ARE REPUBLICANS LOOKING BACKWARDS IN COLORADO? Jimmy Sengenberger wrote a great column about how the Colorado GOP had a meeting this week to trot out a bunch of people who have been grifting for years on election conspiracies and aren't quite ready to give it up. Dave Williams uses this crap for fundraising because no one will write him a check unless he scares the crap out of them somehow. Read the column here to see how the Colorado GOP is wasting time and energy telling people not to certify the election we just had where Republicans actually made gains in the state. Idiots. What they should be doing instead is finding a really good candidate for Secretary of State so we can get someone competent in that office to insure that elections are run properly in Colorado.
