This story is fundamentally human. One could take so many angles with a woman donating one of her kidneys, especially in these polarized times. I saw a story on ABC about a woman in Texas that donated her kidney to a stranger in New Jersey. Imagine if these were the stories we spent more time highlighting how different society would be.
