He has allegedly fathered a baby girl with long time mistress Sharina Hudson! This weekend produced a little bit of drama in the ER where a clinical staff member was found to be dating a clerical staff member and some how Julia was involved. Although Julia does not have full knowledge of what was going on, the question still stands...Can you date your co-worker? And what happens if you break up?! ANNNNND does it matter if your being up front when someone STILL catches feelings?!
