Avery has personally invested in more than forty deals, including short-term rentals in three different markets as well as buy-and-hold single-family and multifamily properties. In her free time, Avery enjoys collecting vintage guitars, running marathons, and most importantly, hanging out with her family. She splits her time between Destin, FL and the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee.
