He is the executive director of Crowd Funded Government, his name is Theodore, and he's ready to ROAR about his grand idea. Theodore explains how he first got interested in politics and government, and how he would up becoming a huge proponent of the idea of a voluntarily crowd funded government after initially thinking the idea to be ridiculous.
